What happens if I don’t like my purchases?

If, for any reason, you decide you do not want the SHR item you bought, you can return it for a full refund. You must return it within 14 days and in the condition it was dispatched from me. You will need to pay the return postage.

Can I come and peruse the SHR bags/makes?

Yes you may …. but by prior arrangement only. For info - I’m in Hull, East Yorkshire.

Can you make something specific for me?
