Kimono style robe - blue damask
A totally one of a kind, handmade kimono made from a previously used pair of damask curtains from my local cancer research shop. Fabric feels a little silky - but I sadly forgot to check the fibre make-up on the label this time.
This is a heavier weight robe, trimmed with a contrasting dark red band.
It is full length and has full length sleeves. Due to the wrap-around style this could fit from a UK size 8 to a 16. It has a sash style belt.
All seams have been overlocked with rainbow coloured thread. There is a hanging loop in the back of the neck. Fully washable.
Shoulder to hem is 137cm approx.
Please be aware that because all my makes are made from used items they may have small signs of wear and love. This adds to their environmentally friendly character. Please see last picture for a closer look at the wear.
